Well holy upper body strength.
By that, I mean I have no upper body strength. Which made the pull-up and push-up workout a toughie. Yay for modifying! I used a resistance band for the pull-ups and ended up doing most of the push-ups on my knees. I used push-up stands too, which I liked.
I did more push-ups today then I probably have ever done in a workout. Even though a lot of them were on my knees, I'm pretty proud of myself.
My bootie is a lot less sore than yesterday. I was waddle-free all day. I like these workouts because each body part takes a turn at being sore, so I'm not totally immobile.
